Join a mission-driven team working to strengthen early relationships and build systems of care.

Ellison Center is seeking a dynamic, systems-minded Initiatives Director to lead cross-program coordination and drive innovative strategies that support our mission of nurturing the social-emotional development of young children and their caregivers.

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our organization by:

  • Coordinating agency-wide initiatives that bridge clinical services, caregiver support, training, and consultation.

  • Supporting program alignment and sustainability by leading special projects, overseeing data-informed decision-making, and improving internal systems.Building strong relationships with internal staff, contractors, and external partners to advance community-based solutions for early childhood mental health.

  • Elevating staff capacity through reflective leadership and collaborative planning.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings deep commitment to equity and infant and early childhood mental health.

  • Has strong experience in program leadership, supervision, cross-sector collaboration, and strategic planning.

  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take action independently.

  • Highly self-directed, with strong organizational skills and follow-through.

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, relational work environment and enjoys building systems that make teams stronger.
