Our Leadership
The Ellison Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of diverse individuals from various professions with a common goal to provide financial oversight of the agency, ensure high quality in the services provided by the agency, and collaborate with others within our community to make the needs of young children and their caregivers a priority.
David Kaczor
MA, ECMH-E®
BOARD CHAIR
David is the Director of Experience and Community Engagement at the Great River Children’s Museum in St. Cloud. He previously served as the Mental Health and Behavior Specialist at Reach-Up Head Start in St. Cloud, MN, and earlier in his career worked as a Preschool Day Treatment Teacher. David earned his undergraduate degree from St. Cloud State University and holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
David is a trained and practicing Reflective Consultant, trained in Conscious Discipline, and a certified Circle of Security Facilitator. He is deeply involved in the St. Cloud community, serving in a variety of roles throughout the years including Athletics Coach, Youth Football League Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher, and Board Chair at the Ellison Center.
David understands the vital role of family, relationships, and community in supporting children’s development. Whether working in classrooms or boardrooms, he consistently prioritizes these values to create positive and lasting outcomes for children and families.
Eunice Adjei
BOARD TREASURER
Eunice is a respected community leader and advocate for equity, inclusion, and leadership development. She serves as Director of Multicultural Services at St. Cloud Financial Credit Union where she advances inclusive workforce practices and equitable community engagement. Eunice holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Social Responsibility from St. Cloud State University and has built her career around advancing racial equity and systemic change.
Previously, Eunice led Create CommUNITY for a decade, spearheading regional anti-racism efforts and founding Central Minnesota’s annual Conversation on Race. She is a licensed Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and provides training in anti-racism and cultural humility.
Eunice is the founder of the Jugaad Leadership Program, which develops emerging leaders of color through leadership training, board placement, and financial literacy education. She serves on numerous boards and commissions at the local and state levels and has received multiple honors for civic leadership and public service.
As an immigrant and trailblazer, Eunice is deeply committed to inclusive leadership and systemic change. She brings this passion to the Ellison Center Board, supporting culturally responsive services that strengthen infants, children, and families.
Rebecca Cluever

BOARD SECRETARY
Rebecca is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founding partner of the Ellison Center, dedicated to strengthening parent–child relationships and advancing early childhood mental health. She holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University and has specialized training in child development, trauma, attachment, and family systems.
Rebecca works with individuals and families from birth through adulthood, using a developmental and relational approach to address challenges such as trauma, attachment concerns, behavioral issues, mood and anxiety disorders, and postpartum depression. She provides individual, couples, family, and play therapy, emphasizing collaboration with caregivers and professionals to support children within their broader family and community systems.
Her training includes Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), TheraPlay, Circle of Security Parenting, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
A pioneer in early childhood mental health services in Central Minnesota, Rebecca played a key role in founding the Ellison Center and continues to shape its mission through her leadership and expertise as a Board member.
Jane Ellison

BOARD MEMBER
Jane is a pioneer in Infant Mental Health in Minnesota and a nationally recognized expert in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). With more than 40 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to advancing early childhood mental health, parent education, home visiting, and trauma-informed care. Jane holds licensure in Parent Education, Early Childhood Education, and Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health from the University of Minnesota and a Clinical Level IV Infant Mental Health Endorsement.
Jane was instrumental in bringing CPP to Minnesota, joining the state’s first CPP implementation training in 2011 and becoming Minnesota’s official CPP trainer in 2014 through the CPP Dissemination Team and the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Since then, she has trained 15 cohorts of clinicians, partnered with state IECMH leaders, and helped build a sustainable CPP model now implemented by 12 agency teams statewide.
She leads advanced consultation, mentors CPP leaders, facilitates annual booster sessions, and teaches in the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health master’s program at the University of Minnesota.
As the namesake of the Ellison Center, Jane’s leadership and vision continue to guide the organization’s mission to strengthen parent–child relationships and expand equitable access to early childhood mental health services.
Londa Wagner

BOARD MEMBER
Londa Wagner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed School Counselor, and Endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist currently serving as the Student Support Coordinator for elementary schools in the Sauk Rapids-Rice School District. In this role, she collaborates closely with students and families experiencing chronic absenteeism by assessing underlying needs, connecting them with appropriate resources, and providing targeted mental health services.
With over 26 years of experience, Londa has provided mental health support in early childhood and elementary education settings, as well as in agency environments delivering outpatient, in-home, and case management services to young children and families. She has taught infant mental health and child development courses at the University of Minnesota and St. Cloud State University, and offers reflective consultation as an Endorsed Reflective Supervisor to outside agencies serving young children.
Londa is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a proud co-founder of Ellison Center.
Amy Danielson

BOARD MEMBER
Amy is a licensed Occupational Therapist, business owner, and community leader dedicated to supporting children and families through holistic, innovative care. She is the founder and president of Therapy Works, a Central Minnesota clinic specializing in occupational therapy services. A graduate of The College of St. Catherine, Amy has over 20 years of experience helping individuals improve sensory integration, motor function, and overall well-being.
Amy specializes in sensory integration and is an expert-level John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist. She is also a certified life coach, reflecting her commitment to whole-person healing. Under her leadership, Therapy Works has grown into a thriving independent clinic, relocating to its own freestanding facility in 2019.
Amy is an active member of Thrive Central MN and serves on the Ellison Center Board, where she brings a strong passion for infant and early childhood mental health. Her dedication to holistic therapy, community collaboration, and purpose-driven service makes her a valued member of the Board.
KATIE CHRISTENSEN
BOARD MEMBER
Katie is a seasoned facilitator and leadership coach with 30 years of experience in talent and leadership development. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Beekuba, a coaching and consulting firm focused on building high-performing, strengths-based team cultures. Katie holds a master’s degree in Youth and Family Leadership from Luther Seminary and has a background in education and applied psychology.
A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and licensed e2grow consultant, Katie uses science-based tools such as CliftonStrengths and e2grow to design customized leadership development through coaching, group training, and digital micro-learning. She founded Beekuba (formerly Simply Strengths, LLC) in 2018 with her husband, Mike, and a team of expert coaches.
As a member of the Ellison Center Board, Katie contributes her expertise in organizational leadership and strengths-based coaching to support the Center’s mission and strategic growth in early childhood mental health and family well-being.
